45 Queen Street Kitchen/Bar is renowned for its incredible seasonal food, sustainably sourced and fished ingredients and its authentic atmosphere of joy and ease. The space is open and bright, making no attempt to hide its bones of breeze block and steel beams that contribute to the restaurant's style and industrial charm.

This Kitchen/Bar/Deli/Event Space has been a labor of absolute love that I have had the privilege of documenting over the years since Hannah and Sam obtained the keys to this abandoned warehouse about 4 years ago. The space is ever-changing, and the menu continuously adapts according to the seasons to reduce waste yet maintain its quality, taste, and panache for presentation.
